The goal of the system
e-PISCO is making use of Quake-Foresight Information System which
is combined the prediction way of atmospheric ion density and the
prediction way of macroscopic anomalous information. The goal is gathered
as follows.
1) Each residence own some uncertain information of macroscopic anomalous
jointly and theses information are reinforced.
2) It's impossible to keep observing around nature and creatures for
24 hours a day, everyday; so, we study efficiency to focus one's power
of observation and precaution by combining with prediction way of
atmospheric ion.
3) Between a prediction and a forecast has big barriers; however,
to make use of macroscopic anomalous information by resident is the
one of the best way to break such a barrier. These are the information
of the resident for the resident; so, it's out of nation restrict.
4) When we suppose that earthquake occurrence approach by atmospheric
ion, we request resident for observe for about 2 weeks.
5) Necessary condition of Quake-Foresight Information System
- to be able to own information jointly in real time.
- to be able to recognize occurrence place of information visually
such as map.
- to be understood by persuading sufficiently information has some
uncertain points.
