The Situation

The relation between macroscopic anomalous and earthquake has not been clear yet. Even it when there are premonitory symptoms of an earthquake, it would be quite difficult to make an accurate estimate of the time, location, and scale earthquake occur. The actual situation is that the word "macroscopic anomalous" hasn't infiltrated yet, however to collect much information of macroscopic anomalous at the many places might be quite within the bounds of possibility we predict earthquake dangers.(Oct/2001)
